| Abstract: | The article attempts to expound the legislation breakthrough brought fo rward
by the carrying out of the individual investment enterprise law in China . By applying the
comparative research method, the author discusses the following four respects the naming
of the individual investment enterprise law, its estab lishing requirement, the protection
it brings to the right of individual investm ent enterprise and the standardization of its
general affairs management, which a ll account for the legislation breakthrough of the
law. |
