| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试（PSC）说话项测试一直以来争议很大，目前说话项测试应试存在背稿、离题等现象，语速不当，信息量不足，而测试员对此也难于把握。通过对说话项测试的学理分析，发现说话项应试和评判存在的问题与大纲关于说话项的定性与测试内容相背离有关，因此，说话项测试需要改革，以进一步提高普通话水平测试的信度与效度。

| Abstract: | Dispute has long been arousing from the talk item of PSC. The reciting, digression, improper speed and insufficient information offering put the examiners in great trouble. Through academic analysis for talk item of PSC, the defects were found rooting in the deviation between the definition for talk item in PSC syllabus and the testing contents. For this reason, the innovation should be made on talk item of PSC for the purpose of promoting reliability and availability. |
