| Abstract: | Teaching management is the basic assurance for improvement in the quality of talents. To push forward the teaching management innovation and train the talents with innovative ideas and practical skills, we must push forward the innovation of the management concept, the management system, the management means and the management mechanism to create the atmosphere, to open the space, to improve the efficiency and to create environments for the development of the innovative talents. |
