蒸汽喷射式热泵性能实验研究

摘    要:对蒸汽喷射式热泵的性能进行了实验研究,测量并分析了喷射器内的压力分布,引射比变化对引射压力和压缩压力的影响,喷嘴出口至混合室入口距离与引射比,引射压力,压缩压力之间的关系,在一定的工作压力和引射压力下,提高压缩压力会引起引射比降低,当压缩压力不变时,提高工作压力将使喷射式热泵引射比增大,当引射比达到极限值后,继续提高工作压力将引起压缩压力升高,若喷嘴出口至混合室入口距离取最佳值,热泵性能最好,超过最佳值,热泵性能将急剧恶化,实验与热力学第二定律综合分析表明,喷射器Yong效率随引射比的增大而提高,其值为0.50-0.55。

Abstract:An experimental study of the performances of steam ejector is carried out. Some experimental results, such as the pressure distribution in ejector, the effects of entrainment ratio to suction pressure and discharge pressure, are presented. It is found that at certain motive and suction pressures, the enhancement of discharge pressure will bring about the entrainment ratio decrease. At certain discharge pressure, the entrainment ratio will increase with motive pressure until its maximum value. The performance is also sensitive to the distance between the nozzle and mixing chamber. The relationship of the ejector performance with the parameters of working fluids and structures is presented, and the dominant factors that affect the performance of ejectors are analyzed.
