政府人力资源规划决策支持系统模型及其设计

设计和初步实现了一个综合的中国行政区的政府人力资源规划决策支持系统。其目的在于为区政府人力资源管理提供所需的工具。系统为该级政府在人力需求、招聘、职位安排、职位晋级、评估以及发展的多个方面,可提供选择性规划。而且,该系统还可帮助政府人力资源部门分析该级政府的人力资源决策,解决人力资源管理面临的问题,减少在组织机构调整时造成的延搁,提高政府人员的工作绩效。

Model and Design of DSS for Governmental Human Resource Planning

A decision support system for governmental human resources planning in a Chinese administrative district was designed and initial implement.Its goal lies in providing a tool for the governmental human resources management.The DSS can provide selective planning for this level of government in the manpower request,recruitment,position arrangement,promotion,appraisal as well as development.Moreover,the DSS also can help managers in governmental human resources sector analyze the decision-making of human resources in this level of government,and solve the human resources problems,reduce the lap in the adjustment of the organization,and improve the governmental staff's performance as well.
