| Abstract: | The technological conditions for the preparation of carboxymethyl starch using a kind of new catalytic technology have been reported for the first time.Water was used as media.The proportions of raw materials and effects of the water quantity on the viscosity and the degree of substitution of product were discussed.A valuable technological route was provided. |
