| 摘 要： | 描述单糖化合物中手性碳原子构型的简易判断法，即：单糖的Ｆｉｓｃｈｅｒ投影式中，手性碳原子连接的羟基排在主链右面的为Ｒ构型，排在主链左面的为Ｓ构型．运用此法可以判断不同糖类中手性碳原子的Ｒ／Ｓ构型
