葫芦科6个栽培品种的种子油体蛋白鉴别

以甘肃常见葫芦科植物２个属６个栽培种的成熟种子为材料，用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ法，分离出组成油体半单位膜的特有蛋白质——油体蛋白（Ｏｌｅｏｓｉｎｓ），并通过油体蛋白谱带分析探讨了葫芦科不同属种间谱带上的相似性和相异性．结果表明：葫芦科不同的属在谱带上有明显的相似性，但每个属又具有足以区别于其它属的特征性谱带；同属的几个不同栽培种之间也可相互区别．此法可用来鉴别含油植物的种子，为植物分类学提供依据

Identification of 6 cultural species of cucurbitaceae by oleosins

Oleosins in several different mature seeds of cucurbitaceae separated by using SDS PAGE and their zymograms were analysed.The results show that the different genus of cucurbitaceae have similar zymograms but distinguishable.The different species of the same genus have feature zymograms.The method can be used to distinguish the family,geneus and species of oily seeds.
