入世后中国法律面临的若干问题

中国加入世界贸易组织必将给我国社会带来全面、深刻和长远的影响。从法律角度看，加入世界贸易组织后，我国现行立法必将进一步完善，必须尽快建立起与世界贸易组织法律规则相适应的市场经济法律体系；在法律适用方面，应遵循国际规则，解决好国内法与国际法之间的冲突问题；人民法院需要确立新的审判观念，加大改革力度，提高法官队伍整体素质，以充分发挥其司法终裁职能。

The Considering of Some Law Problem That Chinese may Face after Joining WTO

That China's entry to WTO will necessary have a complete, deep and farsighted impact on our society. Seen from the law angle, after the entry to WTO our country's current lawmaking needs further perfecting, and the marketing economy law system must be established as soon as possible in order to go with the laws of WTO.In the aspect of law-applying, we should comply with the international rule. So that we can solve the conflicting between civil law and international laws.
