化学复合镀技术的车用轴承表面处理研究

摘    要:基于对化学复合镀技术及国内轴承产品现状的分析,为了提高车用轴承的使用性能,利用化学复合镀技术对轴承表面进行试验研究.将试验对象表面镀上Ni-P-金刚石复合层,对其表面结构、状态和性能进行研究,用显微硬度计对镀层进行检测观察和分析,并将其与未经过处理的轴承对比.结果表明:经化学复合镀处理后的轴承表面性能好于处理前的轴承.

Abstract:The composite plating technology and the current status of the domestic bearing products are introduced;the surface properties experiments of automotive bearings are done based on chemistry composite plating technology in order to raise the performance of bearing.The surface structure,status and performance of test bearings are analyzed,which is been plating Ni-P-diamond composite layer.The coatings of tested bearings are observed and analyzed using micro-hardness,and which compared to not-treated bearings.The results show that composite plating chemical treatment surface properties of the test bearing by chemical composite plating better than the bearing before it is processed.
