| 摘 要： | 对于电报译码，传统的做法是根据电报的格式用相应的程序去识别报文。这种方法能够比较可靠折识别报文。但考虑到电报格式的易变性，这种需要程序员去修改源程序的方法就显得很不规范，所以编写一个与报文格式无关的电报译码程序就显得尤为重要了。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of civil aviation air traffic services in our country, the standard of message contents,formats and data convention has been established to realize the automatic processing of the aviation controling telegram.Considering the frequent change in the telegram format,a method of realizing a telegram decoding programme indepent of the telegram format is proposed.The experimental result proves it a sound way to decipher the telegram. |
