PPS过滤纤维热动力学特性及其失效性能

摘    要:利用热重(TG)分析仪对氮气和空气中聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维的失效过程和动力学参数进行了研究.TG曲线表明PPS纤维的热降解呈现两个阶段,在空气中的热降解终止温度比在氮气中低85℃.同时,利用Coats-Redfern法计算了PPS热降解动力学参数,结果表明空气中PPS纤维的失效活化能比氮气中平均高156kJ/mol,指前因子与氮气中的平均相差10个数量级.在空气和氮气中PPS的反应级数分别为3和1.

Abstract:The failure process and kinetics parameters of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)fibers are measured by the thermogravimetric(TG) analysis under nitrogen and air atmosphere.TG curve shows that thermal degradation of PPS presents two stages,and the final temperatures of degradation in air are lower than those in nitrogen about 85 ℃.The kinetics parameters of the thermal degradation are also analysed according to the Coats-Redfern method,and the results show that the decomposition activation energy of PPS in air is 156 kJ/mol more than in nitrogen on average,and preexponential factor has an average difference of 10 orders of magnitude.The reaction order of PPS in nitrogen and air atmosphere is 3 and 1 respectively.
