爪哇木棉果实与纤维长度测量分析

摘    要:以取自印尼中爪哇省巴蒂县的爪哇木棉果为对象,研究其内部结构和纤维长度,发现果实内部结构分为两层:纤维束层及短绒和籽的组合层,两层间无粘连,纤维束和短绒长度差异较大.提出采用纤维束法测量果内纤维束长度,并与手扯尺量法比较,发现两者具有较强的相关性,且纤维束法更具操作性.分析测量结果发现,木棉纤维长度与果实长度有一定相关性,与果实中部周长无明显关系,果实的头、中、尾3部分纤维长度无显著差异.研究结果为今后合理有效利用木棉纤维提供参考.

Abstract:The study focused on structure and fiber length of Java kapok fruit got from Pate County,Java Tengah,Indonesia.The research indicated that the internal structure of Java kapok fruit can be divided into two parts:fiber bundle and combination of staple and wooden wall.The two parts had no conglutination,but there was a significant difference on fiber length.Fiber bundle method was used to measure fiber length,which had strong correlation with hand-measured staple length.Furthermore,analysis showed that the length of kapok fiber had some correlation with the length of the fruit,no correlation with the length of middle perimeter.Also,length of fibers from the three parts of fruit including of head,middle and tail had no significant difference.The research results provided a reference for effective utilization of kapok fiber.
