| 摘 要： | 智力资本在建筑设计企业价值创造中的作用日益突出,正逐渐成为其创建持续竞争优势的核心资源.笔者基于现实调研访谈,总结和甄别了中国环境下建筑设计企业智力资本的内涵要素,从系统视角解析了其与企业竞争优势之间的内在关联,并运用统计分析方法对浙江省168家建筑设计企业进行实证研究,结果表明智力资本与企业竞争优势存在较显著的正相关关系.

| Abstract: | In the era of Knowledge-based Economy,Intellectual Capital(IC)increasingly plays more important role in creation of vale.IC is gradually becoming the core resources for Architecture Design Enterprises(ADEs) to establish their sustainable competitive advantages.On basis of the previous research and practical investigation,the authors summarize and identify the IC's connotation of ADEs in China,analyze inner relevancy between IC and competitive (advantages) of ADEs from systemic angle of view,and carry out empirical study by statistically analyzing 168 ADEs in Zhejiang Province.The results show that there are significant positive relations between IC and competitive advantages of ADEs. |
