| 摘 要： | 高校扩招以来的超常速度发展，同图书短缺、增长缓慢形成强烈的供需矛盾，目前缓解这一矛盾的途径在于尽可能地增加经费投入，增加图书总量；加快网络和数字图书馆建设，扩大替代效应；强化内部管理和制度创新，挖潜增效。

The solutions are: putting into more funds as possible; expanding the total amounts of books; accelerating the construction of Internet and digital-library; reinforce internal management; unearthing potentiality and increasing efficiency. |
