摘    要:提出了基于快速傅立叶变换(FFT)和最小二乘法拟合相结合的幅度、频率和相位信息的提取算法.在此基础上,给出了一种DAC非线性补偿的新方法,用于改善DAC输出正弦信号的谐波畸变.仿真结果显示该方法可以将DAC输出信号的谐波失真降低35 dB.实测结果表明这一方法能把谐波失真降低20 dB.

Abstract:An algorithm is presented to extract amplitude, frequency and phase information from a frequency spectrum based on FFT and the least square algorithm. Using this algorithm, a new method is given for compensating for the nonlinearity of a DAC. The method is applied to ameliorating the harmonic distortion of the sine signal output by a DAC. Simulation results indicate that the harmonic distortion can be improved by 35 dB using this method. The experiment has produced waveforms that have a 20 dB reduction in harmonic distortion.
