鹅油中复合抗氧化剂的研究

摘    要:对13种中草药提取物抗氧化活性进行对比,筛选复合抗氧化剂原料,并研究其相互之间的协同增效作用。结果表明,紫草、甘草、槐米提取物为最佳复合抗氧化剂原料,在其配比为2:1:1时,复合抗氧化剂协同作用最强,对鹅油表现出良好的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:Antioxidative activities, extracted from 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, are compared in this paper. The raw materials for the compound antioxidants are chosen to study the synergistic relationships among them. The result shows that the shikonin and Huaimi. When the ratio is 2 : 1 : 1, the synergistic optimal raw materials are licorice, effect is strongest, which presents the good antioxidative activity on goose oil.
