甲胎蛋白异质体检测方法及其临床意义

甲胎蛋白（ＡＦＰ）的异质体的检测对原发性肝癌（ＰＨＣ）的生化诊断有重要意义，本文使用植物凝集素（ＰＨＡ）分离ＡＦＰ异质体，并作垂直免疫电泳，使ＡＦＰ疫异质体与抗ＡＦＰ抗体结构形成沉淀峰，并用放射碘标定抗原显示峰型并作定量检测．结果表明，此法对各类肝病的鉴定有一定意义．

The Method to Test for the Heteroplasmon of the Alphafoetoprotein(AFP) and its Clinical Significance

The test of the heteroplasmon of the AFP has a important significance for the primary hepatic cancer (PHC) in biochemical diagnosis. This paper reported that use the phytohaemagglutinin to isolate the heteroplasmon making vertical immunoelectrophoresisthen let the heteroplasmon of the AFP combined with the anti-AFP-antibody structure to form the precipitation peak. Furthermore, use the antigen which was scaled by the radioiodine to show the peak pattern and making the quantitative determination.The result shows that the method has a definite effects for the identification of the hepatic disease of all kinds.
