信息技术产业的最佳合约安排与发展模式研究

基于信息产业在全球已经发展成为一个独立的产业的事实,通过分析资产专用性理论在信息产业实践中的差异性,揭示了信息产业与传统产业在“资本”与“劳动”关系方面的差异.由于这些差异,导致了以契约理论为基础的企业理论不完全适应信息技术企业和产业的发展.在信息技术产业发展起来以前的所有企业实践中,企业都是按“资本雇佣劳动”这个模式组织起来的.通过分析信息技术企业的资产特性与企业总福利最大化及剩余索取权的分配之间的关系,证明了“劳动雇佣资本”在信息技术产业是合理的.更进一步说明“劳动”趋于主导地位对信息技术产业发展的影响.

Research on the best contracting and development model for information technology industry

Based on the fact that information technology industry has become a new independent burgeoning industry,this article reveales the differences of information industry from traditional industry by analyzing the theory of capital specialization and its changes in the practice of IT industry.These differences lead to the conclusion that the firm theory based on the bargain theory cannot be well used in the development of IT enterprises and the IT industry.The key point is the relationship between "capital" and "labor".All the enterprises are organized according to the principle of capital-hiring-labor until the establishment of information technology industry.By analyzing the relationships among the capital characteristics of information technology enterprises,the maximum total enterprise welfare and the distribution of residual claim,the article particularly reveales that the labor_hiring_capital is reasonable in IT industry.The article also give the further discussion on how the leading role of labor influences the development of information technology industry because the value of capital is not easily observed.
