琴叶风吹楠的化学成分研究

摘    要:利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱对琴叶风吹楠枝叶70%(体积分数)丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,并通过~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,从该提取物中共分离鉴定了8个黄酮类化合物,分别为tectorigenin (1), 7-O-methyltectorigenin (2), calycosin (3), irilone (4), formononetin (5), 7-hydroxyflavonone (6), butin (7), 3,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone (8).

Chemical constituents in the branches and leaves of Horsfieldia pandurifolia

Abstract:This research focused on the chemical constituents of Horsfieldia pandurifolia. From the 70% acetone extract, eight compounds were separated and purified by the column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by the means of spectroscopic analysis. These compounds were identified as tectorigenin(1), 7-O-methyltectorigenin(2), calycosin(3), irilone(4), formononetin(5), 7-hydroxyflavonone(6), butin(7), 3,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone(8).
