摘 要: | 研究了油瓜(Hodgsonia macrocarpa)全株植物中的化学成分.采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC、C18等色谱方法对油瓜中的化合物进行分离纯化,应用核磁及质谱技术鉴定化合物结构.从油瓜的根茎叶中分离得到了5个化合物,大黄酚(1)、大黄素甲醚(2)、2,6-Dimethoxy-4-methylphenol(3)、蔗糖(4)、葡萄糖(5),用自由基清除率实验检测化合物的氧化性.化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2和3具有一定的抗氧化活性.

Abstract: | This research aims to study the chemical components of Hodgsonia macrocarpa. It adopts some chromatographic techniques like Sephadex LH-20 and C18-HPLC to isolate and purify the compounds and the spectral methods to elucidate their structures. Five compounds have been isolated from the roots and stems of H. macrocarpa: Chrysophanol(1), chrysophanol methyl ether(2), 2,6-Dimethoxy-4-methylphenol(3), sucrose(4), and glucose(5). The anti-oxidant activity of the compounds is detected by radical scavenging experiments. Among them,(1),(2) and(3)are extracted from H. macrocarpa for the first time, while chrysophanol methyl ether and 2,6-Dimethoxy-4-methylph enol showed some antioxidant activity. |
