基于造纸法再造烟叶原料预测产品化学成分的方法

摘    要:以再造烟叶配方原料化学成分含量为基础,利用物料守恒关系式,计算产品中配方原料的留存率和转移率后,探索造纸法再造烟叶产品化学成分含量计算方法,并利用该计算方法对4种再造烟叶产品进行计算.结果表明:除硝酸盐及氯离子外,计算出的造纸法再造烟叶化学成分的相对偏差6%以下,该计算方法具有快速、准确度高等优点,有利于再造烟叶产品配方的调控.

A prediction model for the chemical components of reconstituted tobacco materials based on paper-making technology

Abstract:Based on the chemical components of raw materials in reconstituted tobacco formulations, this research calculates the retention rate and transfer rate of raw materials in reconstituted tobacco formulations in the product, establishes the prediction model based on the chemical components of the reconstituted tobacco by using the paper-making technology, and uses this model to calculate four kinds of reconstituted tobacco products. The results show that except for nitrate and chloride ions the model can maintain the average deviation of the chemical components below 3.84%, which is fast, accurate, advantageous to regulate and control the formula of reconstituted tobacco products.
