己二酰双己内酰胺扩链合成聚己二酸丁二醇酯

摘    要:以己二酰双己内酰胺(ABC)作为扩链剂,对低相对分子质量的聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)进行扩链,研究了各种因素对聚酯相对分子质量的影响; 并采用1H-NMR和红外光谱对扩链后聚酯的结构进行了表征,提出了扩链反应的机理。扩链剂己二酰双己内酰胺与端羟 基PBA进行扩链反应时,主要通过脱除己内酰胺,以己二酰结构将PBA预聚体偶联起来,使聚酯的相对分子质量成倍增加。

Abstract:Polybutylene adipate (PBA) with a high molecular weight was synthesized by a chain-extending reaction from HO-terminated polybutylene adipate with adipoyl bisca prolactamate (ABC) as a chain-extender under a reduced pressure in bulk state. The influence factors were studied and the chain-extended polyester with Mn up to 32843 and Mw up to 65244 was obtained. The polyester was characterized by FTIR spectrum and H-NMR spectrum, and the mechanism of the chain-extending reaction was proposed. The chain-extending reaction of HO-terminated PBA with ABC proceeds through the elimination of the caprolactam rings, and the adipoyl groups in the chain-extender couple the hydroxyl-terminated PBA together, resulting in the molecular weight increased. 
