摘    要:作者用中空石墨电极等离子体感应炉研究了在等离子体条件下钒在铁渣间还原的规律。研究结果证实,在等离子体条件下,Si-V耦合反应能迅速达到平衡,VO的还原速率急剧提高,存在着用碳还原法代替昂贵的金属热还原法来冶炼钒铁和类似的铁合金的可能性。

Abstract:The reduction laws of vanadium between slag-metal were researched by the use of plasma in an induction furnace with a drilled graphite electrod. The results of experiment showed that the Si-V coupled reaction equilibrium could be reached very fast,and the speed of reducing reaction of VO was accelerated sharply by the use of plasma. The technology of plasma can be used to melt ferro vanadium and similar ferroalloys with carbothermic reduction by the use of plasma instead of expensive aluminothermic reduction method.
