摘    要:针对纺织生产调度兼有连续性和离散性的特点,选择混合Petri网(HPN)作为建模工具,为其生产过程建立模型,将纺织生产的各加工工序使用统一的形式进行描述。在此模型基础上,根据满足交货期前提下的成本最低原则,综合考虑制造成本、拖期罚款和库存保管等因素,使用数学规划方法对纺织生产调度问题进行优化求解。最后使用纺织生产中的实际数据进行仿真,求得最优调度,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:According to the continuous and discrete characteristics both in textile production scheduling problems, hybrid Petri net (HPN) was chosen as the tool of modeling. The process model of textile production was built in uniform form to describe each operation. Based on this model, the results of scheduling problems were optimized by the method of mathematical programming. Minimum cost in due time was selected to be the scheduling target, which concerned manufacturing costs, tardiness penalties, storage costs and other factors. Finally the simulation was implemented by the actual data in textile production, and the results prove the effectiveness of this method.
