| Abstract: | One important reason for collegiate young teachers' teaching languor lies in the fact that their development request cannot be satisfied.A detailed analysis of the existence,realization and stratification of the request is a key for young teachers to know and liberate themselves.It is also a perspective for administrators to think of and solve the problems. |
