| 摘 要： | 阐明了圆体成形车刀设计的一般方法，并用solidworks对设计的刀具进行三维造型设计，设计过程简洁，精度高，在设计效率大大提高的同时也方便了圆体成形车刀设计的修改。

| Abstract: | According to its characteristics such as long design cycle, big workload and low design accuracy, in this paper we introduce a design method of formed turning tool which adopts com- puter - assisted technology to calculate the profile of cutting tool based on the shape of the work- piece. The calculation results are used to form the three dimensional modelling by Solidwork. An example of designing process is provided. This method simplifies the designing process and enhances the designing efficiency and accuracy. Morever, it facilities the modification of the de- signing results of cylindric forming tool. |
