| Abstract: | By analyzing the running rule of web-based logistics service monitoring, a new method based on multi-property service performance evaluation technology and WEB log mining technology art provided. In method, a WEB-based logistics service monitoring data model and its algorithm are proposed to correlate logistics activities and WEB-page link-point. Monitoring information is exported by mining WEB logs. Service performance evaluation of logistics WEB-site is realized with multi-property service performance evaluation algorithm. Comparing traditional logistics service monitoring technology, the method is more efficient in WEB-based real-time monitoring system and can be easily implemented to avoid external disturbance in monitoring process. |
