新型热浸镀锌合金系列耐蚀性研究进展

摘    要:新型热浸镀锌基合金镀层是近几十年应用较广泛的防腐蚀涂层。目前我国电力系统输电线路腐蚀问题比较严重,传统的热镀锌钢丝及钢绞线已不能很好地满足需要,因此开展新型韵含镁的钢芯铝绞线镀层的研究是必要的。本文综述了热浸镀锌基合金镀层的种类、工艺及国内外热浸镀工艺的发展现状。

Abstract:A new type of hot-dip zinc alloy is a widely applicable protective coating in last decades. Traditional zinc-coated steel wire has not satisfied the requirements of corrosion resistance due to serious corrosion in domestic power transmission line. It is therefore necessary to find a suitable coating to increase corrosion resistance ability of Aluminum-clad steel reinforced. This paper surveys the hot-dip process, zinc coating categories and hot-dip development.
