| Abstract: | Based on the existing position,the job grade index matrix in terms of college teaching years,scientific research,workload and annual assessment was constructed.The weight of each index can be decided by way of the evaluation matrix from analytic hierarchy process.Then the job evaluation effectively may be made. |
