| 摘 要： | 在面对新时期高校研究生群体特点,以及由此带来的研究生党建工作中存在的主要问题的困境下,通过借鉴国内知名高校研究生党建工作的经验和学校自身培养单位个例化的研究生党建工作,探索出了一条符合自身情况的研究生党建系统,并在研究生党建工作中发挥着自身的优势。

| Abstract: | In face of the group characteristics of university postgraduates in the new era,and the difficulties in postgraduate party construction brought along,the author has explored a system for postgraduate party construction suitable for the actual situation of his own university by drawing on the postgraduates party construction experience from other famous domestic universities and the case analysis of cultivation units in his own university.This system thereby has exerted its own advantages. |
