我国外宣翻译存在的问题及解决对策

外宣翻译是跨文化交际不可或缺的元素,具有鲜明的文化特性,进行外宣材料的翻译过程在更深层面上是一种跨文化交流。由于文化差异和译者个人水平等问题造成外宣翻译错误屡见不鲜,使得外宣效果适得其反。外宣翻译中应坚持"三贴近"原则,存异求同,运用整合技巧,同时强化外宣翻译人才的培养,提高译者素质。

External Propaganda Translation Problems and in China Countermeasures

External propaganda translation（ EPT） is an integral element of intercultural communication with distinct cultural identities,on a deeper level,EPT is the process of intercultural communication. EPT errors often occur,which would make external propaganda counter- productive. By analyzing some factors,such as cultural differences and translators＇ ability,the author proposed some strategies from the perspectives of ＂closeness principle＂,＂integration skills＂,and ＂enhancement of talent＂.
