摘    要:高校思政教育虽历经多次改革,但依旧存在一些困境,如课堂教学不尽如人意;实践教学形式轰轰烈烈,成效有待扩展;社会认同与边缘化之间的反差等。教学内容滞后社会发展,教学方式脱离学生实际,复杂的社会思潮冲击,以及社会转型带来的就业压力与教学自身创新不足等都是造成这些困境的原因。破解这些困境必须做到:改革教学内容,增强教材的可读性;更新教育理念,改变教学方式;创建长效运行机制,完善考评体系;培育学生健康心态,抵制复杂社会思潮。

Abstract:Although the ideological education in colleges and universities has been reformed for several times,there still exists some dilemma in the course of reform,namely,undesirable class teaching practice and the contrast between social identity and marginalization,which was caused by the following reasons: teaching content lagging behind social development,teaching methods divorced from true situation of students,complicated social thoughts shock,employment pressure caused by social transformation and insufficient teaching innovation. The solutions are probably reforming the teaching content,enhancing the readability of textbooks,renewing the teaching concept,changing teaching methods,setting up the operation of the long- acting mechanism,improving examination and evaluation system,and cultivating healthy mentality of students to resist the complicated social thoughts.
