当前,在校学生运动员的训练和文化学习是一个比较突出的矛盾,然而,随着我国学校体育的不断改革与完善,对这一群体提出了更高的要求。通过对这一现象加以分析和认识,以进一步完善学校运动员的培养体系,加强运动员自身文化建设。
