| 摘 要： | 以充分认识社会主义市场经济特征及运行机制的基础上，结合我国改革开放以来的经济发展状况，对市场经济体制下我国宏观生产力布局的几个主要问题进行了初步研究，旨在探讨新形势下的生产力布局规律和促进我国地区生产力的合理布局。

| Abstract: | Mire is a kind of special natural complex on land. The natural and social functions of mire in Belarus and China are studied and explained in this paper. In the nature,mire mainly has accumulative,biological and cyclical functions, it also includes geochemical,hydrological,airy or climatic adjustment functions. The social functions of mire mean that mire can provide resources,cultural entertainment and historical information in the development of human society.According to the affecting scale of natural and social functions of mire, the functions can be divided into five grades, namely the levels of universe, globe, region, locality and mire body. This kind of functional classification of mire provides scientific bases for developing mire and utilizing peat and protecting environment of human being. |
