高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜努力推进藏学研究工作

2007年10月15日至21日在北京召开的中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会,是在我国改革发展关键阶段召开的一次十分重要的大会。这次大会所作报告的一个突出特点就是第一次提出了高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜这一重大问题。这对于马克思主义政党来说,旗帜就是方向,旗帜就是形象,旗帜就是党的指导思想和行动指南,是党的共同理想和奋斗目标的集中体现。中国共产党发展的历史实践证明,马克思主义只有与本国国情相结合、与时代发展进步、与人民群众共命运,才能焕发出强大的生命力、创造力和感召力。中国特色社会主义,就是中国共产党人把马克思主义的科学社会主义基本原理与中国国情和时代特征相结合的产物,是深深扎根于中国大地、切合中国实际的科学社会主义。所以,提出高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,必将对全面推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程发挥十分重要的指导作用,具有十分重大的战略意义,同时也必将推动藏学研究走上新的辉煌。

Upholding Chinese Characteristic Socialist Banner Promoting Tibetan Studies

The 17th National Congress of CPC held during Oct.15th to 21st in Beijing is a very important meeting in the vital period of the reform and development.The apparent feature of the report is that,for the first time,it brings out the upholding Chinese characteristic socialist banner.As for Marxism Party,banner is the direction,banner is the image,banner is the guidance of the Party and the representation of the goal of the Party.The CPC history indicates that only Marxism combined with the local reality,developed with the time,shared happiness and sadness with the people can it be powerful,innovative and impressive.Chinese characteristic socialist is the combination of Marxism and Chinese social reality and scientific socialism suitable for the reality of China.Therefore,bringing out the idea of upholding Chinese characteristic socialist banner will surely promote Chinese socialist cause and the Party Construction and Tibetan studies as well.
