Design and Exploitation of College Website

College website plays an important role in the development of the college nowadays.It has been recognized as an effective platform and window to show the college and powerful tool to deal with the general matters of the college.Simultaneously,it is also an effective communication medium between students and teachers.This paper describes the general process to design and exploit a new college website,as well as some crucial issues in the construction process according to the author＇s practical experience and the primary operation,aiming at exploiting more viable college website for every university.
