新型液压管材拔制成形原理研究

摘    要:结合拉拔与液压技术的特点,在流体压力成形技术的基础上,通过对拔模的合理改造,并选用特殊性能的液压油,作为管坯与拔模之间的受力介质,通过液压系统将高压油打入拔模与工件之间,形成承压油腔,使拔模与工件不直接接触,成形力通过液压油进行传递,管坯在受力介质的压力作用下产生塑性柔性变形,并在拉拔力作用下,拔制出高精度管材。

Abstract:Based on liquid pressure forming technology,combining the features of drawing with the hydraumatic technology,through modifying the die properly and selecting the special hydraulic oil as the stress medium between tube blank and die,the oil pressure cavity will be formed between die and work piece by the infiltrated high pressure oil,which makes die and work piece non-contact.Consequently,the plastic flexible forming occurs under the function of the deformation force being transferred through hydraulic oil,and high-precision tube is produced by drawing force.
