| Abstract: | This paper studies the social functions of science and technology guided by the Marxism, discusses on the influence of the sci-tech progress on the production relations and the ideological revolution, describes the important strategic position of developing science and technology in socialist construction, which possesses important actual significance on understanding the strategies of developing the country by science and technology and governing the country with the benevolent rule and building the socialist legal country. |
