| 摘 要： | 将诱导有序加权调和平均(IOWHA)算子和倒数灰关联度相结合,提出了基于IOWHA算子和倒数灰关联度的组合预测模型,同时定义了优性组合预测和非劣性组合预测的概念,并将该组合预测模型应用到税收收入预测中,验证了组合预测模型的合理性和有效性,并说明了优性组合预测的存在性.

| Abstract: | Combining the induced ordered weighted harmonic averaging （IOWHA） operator and the de- gree of reciprocal grey incidence, we develop a combination forecasting model. In the meanwhile, we introduce the concepts of the non-inferior combination forecasting and the superior combination forecas- ting. Then we apply the model to combination forecasting of tax revenue, which demonstrates the valid- ity and reasonability of the method and confirm the existence of the superior combination forecasting. |
