| 摘 要： | 用差示扫描量热仪观察了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/离子聚合物surlyn体系的结晶行为.用扫描电镜和偏光显微镜观察了PET/surlyn体系的形态.surlyn有显著的成核效果.surlyn的碳氢主链为柔性分子链.它会促进PET的分子运动,从而提高PET在低温区的结晶速度.但它对PET的球晶形态却没有影响,PET仍为正常球晶.surlyn在PET中是分相的,随着surlyn与PET之间反应程度的加深,surlyn的宏观分相就消失了.

| Abstract: | The effect of surlyn on the crystallization and mophology of poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) has been studied by DSC, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and polarizing microscope. The effect of nucleation of surlyn is obvious. The carbon-hydrogen main chain of surlyn is a flexible molecule chain. It will promote the molecular motion of PET, increasing the crystallization rate in the low temperature region. Surlyn has no effect on the mophology of PET, the latter has its normal spherical form. Surlyn has its own seperate phase in PET, such macroscpic seperate phase of surlyn will disappear as the degree of reaction between surlyn and PET increases. |
