模糊递阶质量屋方法

摘    要:运用模糊层次分析原理和模糊数排序方法,建立了模糊递阶质量屋方法,并给出了模糊递阶质量屋展开精度的度量指标。与传统的质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)方法和基于质量屋结构的模糊QFD方法相比,该方法能够更有效的处理QFD过程中不确定性的定性语言信息,提高顾客要求与设计要求排序的精确性,以及顾客基准比较分析与技术基准比较分析的精确性和可靠性,提高整体顾客满意展开的精度。此外,模糊递阶质量屋方法对QFD的3种主要模式具有普遍意义。

Abstract:According to the framework of hierarchical house of quality(HHOQ), a fuzzy method of the HHOQ was established using the principle of fuzzy hierarchical analysis and methods of ranking fuzzy number. A series of concepts such as customer requirement fuzzy ranking matrix, fuzzy transition matrix, customer fuzzy benchmarking matrix, technical fuzzy benchmarking matrix, overall customer satisfaction fuzzy index and overall technical competition fuzzy index were put forward, and an index to judge and test the deployment accuracy of fuzzy HHOQ was also given. As compared with both the traditional methods of QFD and fuzzy QFD method based on the HOQ, the established method can more effectively deal with uncertain and qualitative linguistic information in the QFD process, and greatly improve the accuracy of ranking customer requirements and design requirements as well as the accuracy and reliability of customer benchmarking and technical benchmarking, and ultimately improve the deployment accuracy of overall customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it has a theoretical significance for the main three models of QFD.
