| Abstract: | In the bid decision for construction project, the bid adjustment is a complicated task. The bid adjustment changes the present bid plan by controllable factors, and then forms a new one in short period of time. Taking a bid decision of a large construction enterprise as background, the human bid decision and bid adjustment model is firstly analyzed, then a set of analysis methods and a model available for computer aided bid adjustment is proposed. An application of the model and the analysis method proposed in the computer aided construction bid of the Three Gorges Project is given at the end. |
