摘    要:我国教师教育实践环节具有以下不足:时间比较短而集中,内容形式相对单一,相应的法律制度不够健全,缺乏足够的质量保障,基地也不稳定,管理还不到位,指导也显不足。为了满足教师专业化发展的需要,我国高师教育实践环节应尽快完善法规制度、丰富内容形式、加强平等合作、优化管理指导等。

Abstract:A study on the modes of teaching practice in China shows that Chinese teaching practice has the following weak points: The hours for teaching practice are far from enough;the contents and forms are monotonous;the management and guide are incapable;and it is short of legal basis and protection.To meet the need of professional development of teacher education,we should pay more attention to the following: We should renew the ideal,establish a system for it,enrich the contents and styles,build up steady teaching practice bases,and improve the management and assessment.
