摘    要:建立了随机激光的半经典理论模型,得到适合随机激光的Maxwell-Bloch方程。采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)直接计算Maxwell-Bloch方程,研究了随机系统中场的类型和随机激光局域模式,同时发现随机系统中存在出现激发峰的临界泵浦速率Wp^c,随着泵浦强度的增强模式数增加,最终激发模式数达到饱和。

Abstract:A model of random laser with semi-classical theory is presented.It couples Maxwell's equations with density matrix of excited atom in a disordered system.So Maxwell-Bloch equations for random laser are obtained.A finite-difference time-domain method is used to solve Maxwell-Bloch equations directly.We studied the pattern of field and localized modes of random laser.A critical pumping rate W~c_p exists for the appearance of the lasing peaks in random system.The number of lasing modes increases with the pumping rate and it is saturated finally.
