| 摘 要： | 通过3个经济追赶典型范例，说明教育发展是国家发展的基础。只有把教育放在优先发展的地位，提高对人力资源开发的重视，坚持教育创新，深化教育改革。从国家、社会以及家庭三方面合理配置教育资源，提高教育质量和管理水平，全面推进素质教育才能有力地推动经济发展，实现社会主义现代化。

| Abstract: | Through 3 typical examples of pursuant economy, it is proved that educational development is the foundation of national development. Only by prioritizing the status of development, enhancing the human resources development value, adhering to educational innovation, deepening the educational reform, disposing educational resources reasonably from the aspects of country, society as well as family, raising education mass sum management level and advancing quality - oriented education, can development of economy be promoted effectively in an all -round way and the socialist modernization be realized. |
