| Abstract: | This paper discussed the significance of improving the strategic cooperation between national and provincial science funding, reviewed the exploration and practice of National Natural Science Foundation of China to enhance the cooperation with provincial basic research management sectors. Then, the paper put forwards some recommendations to improve the strategic cooperation between national and provincial science funding under the changing circumstance. |
