人本管理在学校管理中的应用

摘    要:人本管理原理是指在组织的活动中,从人性出发来分析问题,以人性为中心,按人性的基本状况来进行管理的管理方式.知识经济中,人的地位、价值不断提高,在各项管理中越来越需要采取以人为本的管理方式.学校管理中,可以通过让广大教师参与管理、发挥有效激励的作用、对老师进行连续培训,协助教师自我实现、营造和谐宽松的人际环境的方法来实现人本管理.

Abstract:The theory of making people as the foundation of management means that we analyze every problem from human nature, regard human nature as the center of affairs and manage according to the basic condition of human nature. In the knowledge economy, the value and importance of people increasing steadily, we should make people as the foundation of every kind of management. In school management, we can realize this by letting teachers take part in management; making full use of inspiration; training teachers to help them realize their goals and creating a good environment of personal relationship.
