LB型中温变换催化剂本征动力学研究

摘    要:在3 MPa,598~728 K和反应器入口气体组成(摩尔分数)CO 0.066~0.139,CO2 0.041~0.1,H20.262~0.457,H2O 0.217~0.386,N2 0.077~0.271,余为CH4条件下,采用微型等温积分反应器,对低汽-气摩尔比LB型一氧化碳中温变换催化剂的本征反应特性进行了实验研究。以复合型法对实验数据进行非线性参数估值,建立了能良好吻合实验数据的幂函数型LB中温变换催化剂加压本征动力学模型。工业检验结果进一步表明,该动力学模型的应用是安全和可靠的。

Abstract:The intrinsic kinetic experiments of water-gas shift reaction over a domestic catalyst of LB type were carried out in an integral micro-reactor under following conditions: 3MPa, 598~728K, and feed gas composition (mole fraction) CO 0.066~0.139, CO2 0.041~0.1, H2 0.262~0.457, H2O 0.217~0.386 and N2 0.077~0.271. A kinetic model of power-law type was developed, and the kinetic model parameters were estimated by means of complex method. The results of statistical and industrial application tests show that this model is high acceptable and reliable.
