广义逆适应渐进结构优化方法

摘    要:介绍了传统渐进优化方法及逆适应渐进优化方法的基本理论和优劣点,阐述了刚度约束的广义逆适应渐进优化方法的原理.提出了用拓扑优化和尺寸优化的综合来判断拓扑优化优劣的概念,即:用逆适应渐进优化方法以及广义逆适应渐进优化方法产生最优拓扑,在最优拓扑的基础上,运用满应力;住则方法进行尺寸优化,用尺寸优化的结果来判定拓扑的优劣并示例显示了广义逆适应渐进优化方法得到的拓扑比原有方法更优。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the basic theory,merit and demerit of conventional evolutionary structural optimization(ESO) and reverse adaptive ESO,and clarifies the foundamental principle of generalized reverse adaptive ESO with displacement constraint.And the concept that result of topology optimization is evaluated by combining topology optimization with shape or size optimization is presented.That is,firstly,we get the optimal topology using reverse adaptive ESO and generalized reverse adaptive ESO.Then,we optimized the system with the optimized topology using fully stressed design method.Consequently,the topology can be evaluated by comparing results of sizing optimization.As a demonstration,a classical example shows that the result of generalized reverse adaptive ESO is better than that of the older one.
